C. Arkan Agar received his BS from Gazi University Faculty of Engineering&Architecture in Ankara and Msc. from Bogazici University on Construction Engineering and Management in İstanbul. His graduate thesis was on Delay Analysis in Construction.
He started his carrier in 2005 in the field of planning as a technical expert. Than he worked as a Technical office Engineer in Qatar for Tekfen Construction. He had completed 3 pipeline and 1 highway projects and worked in the field of Planning and Cost Control.
In 2008, he returned his home country to work for one of the pioneer companies in Project Management Consultancy sector, PY Consulting International (PYCI). He continued his carrier as a Sr. Planning Engineer and PMO Manager. He had successfully carried out many prestigious projects including for Turkey’s Real Estate Developers and Investors like Sinpaş REIT, Metal Yapi Konut, Turkcell, Odea Bank, and HalkGYO.
He has been promoted as company’s General Manager in 2015 and been successful to increase company’s client diversity and turn over. He managed the process of PYCI’s branch office set-up in London.
From 2017, he has been been working in London as a Senior Consultant on Conflict Management and Delay Analysis projects for SBM Consultancy.
